Hey Chicks!

This weekend I have been planning my killer workout for the Ottawa Westboro chicks as I will be subbing this Monday night at the Westboro Bootcamp – insert jumping up and down with excitement! I love getting to sub at other locations and meeting all of our chicks in class who make living our dream a reality for Laura and I.

So while I have been planning my super sweet workout I have also been building a super fun playlist to go along with the workout because I know as well as you, nothing moves you more than some good tunes!
