FIT CHICKS Bootcamp is not just a fitness class or a workout – it is a 4 week total coaching group program for women  

It is designed to get measurable fitness results including total body toning, increased strength & cardio, fat burning, more energy and more while improving their overall health and approach to life for the long haul

This program is created to be challenging but accessible to all levels of fitness – not overwhelming

The client experience is to high energy, fun and challenging workouts in an inclusive, supportive environment.  

It is based on our 3 point formula to get you focused inside of class and out for the duration of their program including

FIT CHICKS Bootcamps are for all levels of fitness to participate in. Every exercise will have a modification to ensure a safe, fun and effective workout to build your fitness level & confidence week after week.

Remember, you have to start somewhere. We believe every woman has a FIT CHICK within and we are here to support you in finding her!

Results vary depending on your effort level and your level of nutrition (you can’t be eating a tub of ice cream a day and expect results!). Your physical endurance can begin to change in as little as three days. Your physical appearance can begin to change in as little as 2-4 weeks. Everyone’s body is different and change at different paces. Remember, consistency is key and we are on this fitness journey for life!

Walking is one of most effective ways to maintain fitness results for the long haul but we often underestimate how much we move. Pedometers are the best way to ensure you get your minimum steps each day! You can purchase a pedometer in most department stores, online or download an app to your smart phone.

It is a Fitness Assessment that is conducted right before or right after your first class. We will take your measurements, weight and conduct a 3 point fitness test. These numbers don’t matter! It’s only to measure your improvement post-program comparison. Don’t be surprised if you have dropped 3 – 8 inches and have increased your push ups by 15!

You will receive details in your confirmation regarding what time you will need to arrive for your measurements depending on location

In order to give you the best results, all FIT CHICKS Bootcamp Certified Instructors aka Chick Sergeants are fully certified through a recognized fitness Institution, have Fitness Professional Liability Insurance and have completed our exclusive FIT CHICKS Bootcamp training program.

Of course you can! You can extend your program at any time during your registration. Please email your instructor.  You will be sent out details to ensure you don’t miss out!

FIT CHICKS offers both indoor and outdoor programs. We will only cancel / reschedule an outdoor class due to unsafe conditions (i.e. lighting in vicinity, freezing rain or tornado winds.) and a makeup day will be offered ASAP.

If the weather looks suspicious, please call your boot camp fitness instructor (aka Chick Sergeant). Their contact details will be in the confirmation email. In the event we have to reschedule a class due to weather, there will be a recording on your instructor’s voicemail letting you know if your class has been cancelled and where/when the make up class will be.

Rescheduled classes due to weather will be held on the weekend following the cancelled class otherwise indicated.  This will be indicated in the cancellation message.

If it is my regulare message, classes will be held as scheduled so throw on some waterproof mascara and get ready to sweat!

Yes the dates and times are indicated for each 4 week program at the time of registration. You do have to complete all classes during your 4 or 8 week session as we are unable to carry forward days to another session or program.

Due to FIT CHICKS unique schedule of programs, specific days and times for each participant and limited class sizes, we can only provide participants “make-ups” for missed days during your session if class size and location permits. *All “make-up” classes must be completed during the registered program/session *that you are signed up for and can not be carried over to future sessions.

At FIT CHICKS, we are fun but we are also FIRM (nothing like a little tough love!). Just like joining a team sport, you must commit to your fitness program (i.e. same time each day for program duration). Our fitness programs are structured & require a commitment. This will help encourage you to take accountability for the completion of your bootcamp and your ACHIEVEMENTS and get you into an awesome routine for a long term healthy lifestyle.

In terms of payment, we have a couple of options if you do not have a paypal account including:

1. Credit card. When you click to pay by Paypal, there is an option on the left side of the screen with credit card icons that says “do not have a paypal account, click here!”. You can enter your credit card info here.

2. Please email me for other payment options

We luv our peeps! If you are signing up as a returning chick, you will save $40 off the 8 week program and $20 off the 4 week program. A returning chick must have attended a minimum of 1 FIT CHICKS Bootcamp 4 week program.

If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us 5 days prior to your program start date

If we are notified after your program start date, you will receive a credit towards a future FIT CHICKS Bootcamp. The credit is good for one year and is transferable. There is no cash refund.

We can refund for the discount but a $10 processing fee will apply to codes not entered at time of order.

Our minimum age of participation is 18 years old but participants the age of 16 years old may be able to participate with parental permission.  All waivers and PARQ forms must be signed by your legal guardian in order to participate if under 16.

First of all, CONGRATS on the wee chick! In order to give your body the time it needs, we do not allow our expecting mama chicks to participate in the program. If you find out you are pregnant during the program, we will offer you a refund or credit toward an upcoming session. The good news is that we will be here to get you post baby fabulous once your little one has arrived!

You get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. The majority of FIT CHICKS participants come back and sweat up a storm with us again and we are sure you will too!
