    How does the FIT CHICKS Transformation Trainer work?
    A.  It is like having a weekly personal trainer, nutritionist and life coach.  Each Friday, the membership site will be updated with your weekly workouts (and they are new each week!), updated meal plan and FIT CHICKS Lifestyle 101 coaching videos for the following week (Mon - Sun) so you can prepare for the week ahead. You also will have the weekly support and accountability from of our coaches in the private Facebook group.  This program is designed to create a true lifestyle change and we will be with you every step of the way each and every week to make that happen! 
    Do you mail me the materials?
    A.  No - that is what is awesome about the FIT CHICKS Transformation Trainer is you can start RIGHT NOW. All the info is available through our members page and is updated weekly.
    How does the free trial and membership work?
    A.  As soon as you sign up for the free trial, you will have access to 7 days of the FIT CHICKS Transformation Trainers. When you sign up for the 7 day free trial you will enter your credit card information.  After 7 days, you will be on our monthly membership and billed monthly otherwise indicated.     Are you sure I'm not signing up for something with a commitment, contract, or "cancellation fee"?

    Do I need a gym membership? What are the workouts like?
     A:  The workouts have been created to do at home or in the gym however we do recommend a gym membership as you will have access to heavier weights and all equipment. Each week is completely different and combines total body strength training, body resistance training, short cardio and workout videos to follow for all levels so we keep your body guessing and burning each week.
    I don't lift weights and am scared of getting bulky - will this happen?
     A:  NO! Strength training does not make women "bulky" due our lower levels of testosterone (plus all those women with huge muscles have been training in a specific way for YEARS) BUT it will help turn your body into a fat burning machine (Aka boost metabolism), give your awesome shape, get tight and toned, make you feel strong and sexy in addition to all the health benefits for resistance training for women. Once you get on the strength training train, you won't look back.
    How long are the workouts? How do I access them each week??
     A:  SHORT! They are 25 minutes or less so you can easily fit them into to your schedule no matter what. As soon as you sign up, you will have access to the Members Site to access your weekly workouts and nutrition plans. Every Friday, your new workouts and nutrition plans will be uploaded so you have time to prepare for the following week if needed.
    What is the meal plan and recipes like? Is it a personalized meal plan? 
     A:  One word...DELICIOUS! When you sign up for the program, you will receive a form asking you for some information to help up determine your sample meal plan for you to support you through this challenge We told you we are getting personal:)
    I have food allergies and intolerances, will I be able to do the meal plan and recipes?
     A:  The majority of the recipes are gluten free and dairy free however we do have a food substitution guide to help you swap out for other foods should you require.
    Do I have to count calories or macronutrients?
     A:  No counting or tracking is required as the meal plans are all already calculated for you and the “build your own” templates are already calculated for you.
    What if I follow the meal plan and I am starving all the time?
     A:  Don’t worry- we will also show you how to adjust and eat more during your meals without hindering your results. The meal plans are based on real, whole foods and will give you all the tools to eat for YOUR body and goals.
    Do I need to take supplements during this program?
     A:  No - while we do give recommendations for supplements, they are not required
    Are there any men in this program?
     A:  No this is a women's only program.
    What happens if I go on vacation or need to take a break from the program, can I just start again or will I be behind?
     A:  Not at all! This program is designed for REAL LIFE so if you need to take a break, something comes up with your family or if you fall off track you can just log in and jump right back in to the workouts and nutrition.
    How do I know these workouts and nutrition info are created by certified trainers?
     A:  All workouts and nutrition plans have been created by Top Fitness Professional, Nutritionist and Coach Laura Jackson. They are tried and tested plus they are created to be fierce, fun but always challenging to all levels of fitness so you aren’t limited to who can participate. Plus the food is YUMMY and simple. We know you will love it!
