Hey Chicks!
So it happened, we survived 2012 and are now ready to rock 2013!!
With a New Year comes a lot of new thoughts, ideas, responsibility and of course some of y’all make those New Year’s Resolutions.
I choose to not really focus on a New Year Resolution but instead make decisions daily to improve my overall well-being and health. This is something I do each and every day so that it is not just one thing or a short list of things that I only focus on but I go with the flow of life and make the choices every day.
Some of the things I decided on today:
1. To sleep in a little because I was feeling a little crankasaurus lol
2. Not give up on myself in my HIIT workout today
3. Add a little yoga to the mix and head to a class tonight to stretch out my achy breaky back
4. Have dinner with some loved ones tonight
See chicks, it doesn’t have to be a super strict plan from Jan 1 that keeps you moving but instead some simple but important choices you make every day to live the best life you can.
So ask yourself, if you are already looking at your New Year’s Resolution to do list and feeling a little overwhelmed, instead of focusing solely on this what choice can I make today to Live La Vida FIT CHICK?
Remember chicks, life is about the smaller things that make you smile and shine bright!
