Fab Friday – Motivation for Reaching Your Goals

Hey Chicks!

While away at the Idea Fitness Conference with Head Chick Laura,  I had the opportunity to test out so many new products and classes, some very inspiring and others well seemed a little strange like the water balloon weight?!

There are so many new trends in the market that come and go, but the one thing that never changes is that if get moving and pay attention in the kitchen you will see results. You do not need any fancy equipment or shakes in order for you to get there – all you need is the commitment to yourself, the program you decide to take on and the ability to stick to it and make it a lifestyle change. Once you decide to give yourself a little more self love and reduce the negative self talk, the internal sabotage and the “I Can’t” from your vocabulary,  you will be able to reach whatever goal you choose. Remind yourself of your strengths always and the goal that you have. A lot of big names do things like having a quote or a painting on the wall like the PrintSuccess‘s motivational designs to remind them to keep grinding.

Reflecting on all that we saw and did, reinforced to me that the programs that we offer in our FIT CHICKS Bootcamp are some of the most effective ways for peeps to reach their goals – no matter how big or small they are yours to reach.

One last thing that really sticks with me too is to think everyday when you wake up – what can I do to be 1% better in any area of my life – once you decide what that is just give’r!
