FIT CHICKS Friday “50:10 Bodyweight Cardio” HIIT Workout

Hey Chicks! Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday is an intense cardio workout that requires NO EQUIPMENT! Just two feet and a heartbeat! You will need a timer for this one. Set your timer for 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off. Do as many reps as you can in 50 seconds (be sure to push yourself to that 9/10), then rest 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. This workout is deceptively challenging!
