Adopting a mindset of movement – Video plus a 30 minute outdoor workout!

If you have a mindset of movement, you can work out anytime, anywhere, without relying on a gym. You can get in a killer workout anywhere, just using what is available to you outside. Try our workout below, or get creative based on your space!
