Healthy Hot Choccie

Hey Chicks!

Chocolate cravings can hit you when you least expect it (especially at that time of the month!). The key is to have a planned healthy indulgence to keep your cravings at bay. Here’s a quick and easy hot cocoa recipe I whipped up lasthotchocolate night. It’s rich and satisfying and low in calories too (so you don’t have to worry about sabotaging all your chicktastic progress in bootcamp!)

2 cups almond breeze unsweetened almond milk (doesn’t matter which flavour – original, vanilla or chocolate)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp agave nectar (use more or less to taste, but remember it has about 50 calories a tbsp)

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil (or you could microwave it too!)

Pour into a large mug, put your cute pjs on, get snuggly for some chick time and enjoy a little taste of sweet chocolate heaven – DELISH!
