MOTIVATION MONDAY: Try it, you might like it!

Hey Chicks!

Today us Head Chicks are off to Horseshoe Resort to go over some final details for our amazing Sweats and Sass Fitness Retreat that is coming up October 26-28!


Wondering what the retreat is really all about? Throughout the weekend there will be:

· Yoga
· Bootcamp classes
· Zumba
· Healthy Eating Discussions
· Cocktail makeovers
· Sassy Dinner
· Guided Hikes
· FIT CHICKS Challenge

In all reality the question really should be more like, what wont we be doing? :)

We have jammed packed this weekend with so much awesomeness so that we can offer to you chicks the opportunity to try new things and learn about new ways to be healthy. As I always say, try it you might like it!

At FIT CHICKS we also talk a lot about Living La Vida FIT CHICK! This quote below really does encompass this which is why I wanted to share with all y’all!
