My Final Thoughts – The Biggest Loser Ranch

It has been 2 weeks since I got back from my week long stint as a participant in the program at The Biggest Loser Ranch in Utah.  After any travelling experience, I typically like to take a couple of weeks to let it sink in or “marinate” as I like to call it 🙂  Every experience or person you let in your life changes you, sometimes in a big way and sometimes in a small way, even though it may not show up to you right away that they do.

After coming home, here are the things that stood out most to this chick:

I love classes! I forgot how much I not only love teaching group fitness, I love taking group fitness! You feed off the energy of the peeps around you and when I felt like I wanted to give up, that amzing energy kept me going. Plus, I really push myself harder when I know someone is watching 🙂

I am reinspired as a trainer. Being a Chick Sergeant is not only what I love to do, it really is who I am (yes, that’s right I love wearing bright yellow and making chicks wish I would let them get away with 30 seconds less!). I love teaching, helping and pushing women to really realize what they are capable of.  Being around fab trainers at the resort who were so passionate about their jobs and the impact they had, made me remember all the reasons I do what I do (and love every second of it!).  I am so pumped to start teaching FIT CHICKS Bootcamp again Jan…and I have some sweet (aka buttkicking) moves that I am bringing w me!

I have the bestest friend in the whole world. Amanda has been my best friend for 16 years and whether we are sweating up a storm as co Head Chicks, hiking in the middle of Utah or Peru, or getting decked out in Vegas, we always have the best time.   And sometimes we get so busy, I forget to say how much I appreciate her. But one thing is for certain is that when the 2 of us put our minds to something, we are making it happen – no matter what.  And to have someone in your life who pushes you like that, makes you believe in yourself and reminds you that giving up is not an option is something you should never take for granted. I love ya, chick!!

All in all, it was another AMAZING experience that I am so lucky to have!

Have a fab day!
