FITNESS FRIDAY: A Dynamic Squat duo Challenge

Hey Chicks,

Happy Friday – the weeks are flying by and the holidays are fast approaching!  So this Friday, we are gonna blast some of that holiday cheer you may have been indulging in with a dynamic squat duo – the Kettle Bell meets Samurai Squat!

Now for the challenge….

It is a simple one but a quick, killer workout to kick off the day and work your entire body this weekend.  It consists of 3 exercises and will take you approx 12 min to do:

  • 45 Kettle Bell Swings
  • 45 sec 180 burpees
  • 45 sec Samurai Squats
  • 45 sec Plank Jacks
  • Repeat 3 times for a total of 9 min (allow a 30 sec break between each set)

And if you need an extra holiday burn, episodes of Season 1 of “Shape Up with FIT CHICKS” are still airing through Dec (and you can watch online too!).
