FIT CHICKS Friday “Lower Body Shred” HIIT Workout

Hey Chicks! Today’s FIT CHICKS Friday is an intense lower body workout! You will do one as many reps as you can of an exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of the same exercise, but the plyometric version! Trust us, your legs will be jelly after this one. It makes a great workout if you are short on time, or a fantastic metabolic finisher for leg day!
