Hey Chicks,
We LOVE tabatas. They are quick and intense and are a fab time crunch workout. If you aren’t familiar with tabatas, they are a specific protocol of intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8x. Generally you do the same exercise, but for a twist today you will be alternating exercises so you get a full body workout in only 8 minutes. The key is to really push yourself to work at that level 9/10 during the intervals!
