MOTIVATION MONDAY: Celebrate your awesomeness!

Hey Chicks!

Yesterday, over 7 million people around the world held their breath as Felix Baumgartner decided to take the leap of faith and perform a free fall from the “edge of space” at an incredible 128,000 feet!!

I always live my life looking for inspirational people and motivational things to make me push harder, work harder and achieve more and this man has definitely pushed the envelope for me and many others I am sure. Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying let’s all line up to be the next one jumping over 128,000 feet, especially since I am terrified of heights lol.

What I am saying is what I believe and try to live by and that is to look at things that scare you as a chance to accomplish something you never thought was possible. Take a look at every single moment in your life thinking about what you can achieve as opposed to what you can’t and always live by your own rules.

If someone tells you that you can’t achieve something, get that nay-sayer out of the way and continue down your own path to achieving your own goals and greatness. Also, remember to celebrate all successes in life no matter if they are jumping out of a spaceship or reaching a fitness goal in your bootcamp class. Every moment counts and everything you do counts, so be excited and let’s make things happen.

To Felix, congratulations on this amazing journey and thank you for being such an inspiration!

To all my peeps, what are YOU going to do today that will make you throw your arms in the air and celebrate your awesomeness?
