Fab Fridays – Celebrate Reaching Your Fitness, Nutrition and Personal Goals

Hey Chicks!

Today I was thinking a lot about things that inspire me as a person and as a Head Chick and fitness trainer and looking for new ways to inspire you to reach your fitness, nutrition and personal goals.

Then I remembered I have a published writer in my Toronto bootcamp class!


One of my Chicks, Rupinder Gill, who is in my Toronto Annex Bootcamp class is a writer and had recently published a book! I know you are thinking how does this fit with what I was talking about before, but trust me it does.

Rupinder  wrote a book titled “On the Outside Looking Indian”, catchy title I know!

The reason I reference this is because Rupinder inspired me to look at all chicks in our bootcamp classes and celebrate what you do in your life.

Getting fit and healthy is a long process, so it’s important to focus on reaching small goals and celebrating those successes along the way. I want each and every one of you to feel proud of your accomplishments and achievements, no matter how small you think they are.
