This is my favourite salsa to add to eggs, fajitas, sandwiches, for dippin’ pita chips – pretty much anything! It’s so fresh and easy to make – even I can’t mess this one up!
LAURA’S SASSY SALSA
Organic Tomatoes
Garlic
Red Onion
Jalepenos
Cilantro
1. Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds (you don’t want a mushy salsa!)
2. Cut jalapeno in half and remove seeds (or leave em in if you like spice!)
3. Roughly chop all other ingredients
4. Put in a bowl, cover and refrigerate 2-4 hours to let flavours combine
In terms of quantity, just adjust to your tastes. I like A LOT of cilantro and jalapeno to spice it up!
Serve as a condiment with breakfast, lunch, dinner….whenever! So yummy!
