FITNESS FRIDAY: Figure 8 Squat Video Exercise

Hey Chicks,

Happy Friday!  We know that we are heading into long weekend but this super fun, total body squat is just too fab not to add into your workout over Labour Day.


If you thought figure 8′s were only for ice skating, you are mistaken!  Head Chick Laura shows you how to do this compound squat that strengthen and tones your whole body.  Level 1, 2 and 3 (and even a little plyo option:) are included in the video below so every chick can add these little badboys to your wokout routine :)
