What better way to kick off the weekend than with a little fitness challenge – chick style!
FIT CHICKS WEEKEND CHALLENGE
The challenge is simple. Here is how how you do it:
1. Watch the videos below of 3 of our FIT CHICKS fave exercises in video
2. Grab a timer, make space in your living room and find your inner fierceness.
3. Set your timer and complete each of exercises in the following order:
- 50 reps of reverse push ups
- 50 reps of 180 burpees
- 25 around the world plank (each time all the way around is 1 rep)
4. Stop your timer after each exercise and write it down. Take a 1 min break then complete the next.
5. Do this each day over the weekend (ie Friday, Sat and Sunday) and let us know how you do in the comments section (plus it is just a fun way to try 3 new fab exercises!)
