Fashion, Fitness and FIT CHICKS hit CTV Morning!

Hey Chicks!

Sorry for the delay on the post as Laura, Jackie (our Chief Chick Sergeant) and I were in Ottawa yesterday and did not get back until late – long days

So why were we in our hometown and Nation’s Capital for less than 24 hours? To hang out with our fave Ottawa peeps at CTV Morning (who are honestly the nicest people ever!). We had 2 spots; the first to show peeps how to get your sweat on in a short amount of time with our sample Xmas Xcess Elimator workout that you can take anywhere, all you need is two feet and a heartbeat to get moving. The second spot was our first FIT CHICKS Fashion Show to introduce Ottawa peeps to our FC Gear.


The Xcess Eliminator Workout workout is designed as 5 total body moves. How to do it?  Warm up for 1 minute, complete each exercise listed below for 1 minute each (totalling 5 minutes of high intensity moves).  Once you have completed the 5 minutes of moves, rest for 60 secs then repeat 3 times over  that you repeat three times over.  Cool down for 1 min and voila! – you have a full 20 minute holiday calorie killer workout – chick style!
