Chick Challenge – Day 12

Hey Chicks!!

Just a quickie tonight – I’m super tired!

Today was a great day eating wise. I kept my snacking to a minimum – didn’t eat any almond butter YAY!

breakfast – 3 eggs with spinach and coconut oil
snack – homemade beef jerky
lunch – chicken salad with avocado and red peppers, olive oil
dinner – bison burger, grilled portabellos topped with goat cheese, chia seed cracker

(and a few cups of tea!)

I just need to keep building on successes and stop beating myself up! Have a fab weekend, Chicks…talk to you soon!
