Challenge Day 9

Hey Chicks!!

Day nine and I am feeling fine! Well, not really….it’s 11 o’clock here and I just want to eat. I’m not hungry, but the urge to stuff my face is overwhelming! I don’t keep any crap in the house, (and by that I mean basically nothing in a box), but I am still tempted to eat raw nuts, almond butter by the spoonful or (and I know this sounds really sick…) spoons of coconut oil! LOL

I had an amazing dinner tonight. Grilled tuna with a noodle stir fry thing made with broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, walnuts, onions, red pepper, shiritaki noodles and tamari.

I’ve been having dinner way too late though. I need to be better organized! (story of my life!)

anyway, today I ate:

breakfast – scrambly eggs with red peppers
snack – apple and almond butter
lunch – can of smoke oysters and some blueberries with coconut milk (I know, I like weird things!)
afternoon snack – 1/2 salad and a few chicken wings 🙁
dinner – my super yum concoction
snack – a finger lick of almond butter (I need to stop buying that stuff – I could seriously eat the whole (Costco size) jar!)

wow – that’s a lotta food for one Chick! Anyway, off to bed before I do any more damage!

On a good note – haven’t had sugar in 9 days – and cravings for it have gone WAY down. Felt a little out of it for the first few days, now I feel fab! Trust me, if you are addicted to sugar the best thing to do is eliminate it!!!
