Women’s Show 2009
As many of you know, FIT CHICKS was at the National Women's Show in Toronto this past October to get the word out about our fabulous boot camps! We had the chance meet over 38 thousand Chicks and our Fabulous Fit Chick Jamie got the crowd sweating with a fantastic demo! We had a great weekend and can't wait to do it again next year. A Smoothie a Day
hey Chicks! I hope this post finds you all healthy and not plagued with the flu that's going around. Eating fruits and veggies doesn't guarantee that you won't get sick, but eating lots of nutrient packed food is always good for the body. hey Chicks!! Popcorn has always been a fave snack of mine, but microwave popcorn has tons of added chemicals and crap, and air popped always tastes like cardboard to me!
