Hey Chicks!! Having a good day today. I'm still feeling tired and like I am eating a bit too much, but my goal is to be consistent and stop the all-or-nothing eating habit I have. Hey Chicks!! Instead of toasting St.Patrick's Day with green beer, try this fabulous green smoothie recipe instead! 2 cups of green kale 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks 1 mango 1 banana 1/2 cup plain yogurt - if you are a vegan you could use some coconut milk, or skip this altogether a few ice cubes water (depending on how thick you like your smoothie!) Blend until smooth and enjoy. Serves 2 - or one if you are really hungry!
