FIT CHICKS CHALLENGE
What do get when ‘The Amazing Race’ meets “An amazing workout”…THE FIT CHICKS Challenge! Broken up into teams, this 2.5 hour fitness “scavenger hunt” includes team challenges, fitness obstacles, health trivia and activities for a super fun workout to challenge your mind and body in the great outdoors.
“READY TO ROCK” POWER YOGA
Taught by Head Chick Amanda, this yoga flow practice will wake up your body and centre your mind. We will also explore proper breathing techniques, adjustments and techniques to do at home to manage stress and keep you lovely & limber. Wanna take it to the next level? An afternoon yoga workshop to will help build confidence & challenge all levels of yogis to get like gumbi.
FIT CHICKS BOOTCAMP & SIGNATURE WORKOUTS
Get your sweat on indoors & out with our signature FIT CHICKS high intensity interval workouts like “I heart Tabatas”, “8 Steps to Fabulousness” & “The Dirty 30”. Our “tough love approach will have you sweating (and laughing!) up a storm while using all the elements nature (& Strathmere Resort!) has to offer. But don’t let the cute chicks fool you – this is not a girlie workout!
ZUMBA® BY FIT CHICKS
Shake your tail feather, burn tons of calories have a blast while doing it! We will kick off this super fierce weekend with ZUMBA®, an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ (especially when taught FIT CHICKS style!)
Not a dancer or coordinated? Not to worry – ZUMBA® is for EVERY CHICK and no experience is required. Plus, this is a CHICK ONLY Zone that we promise will be comfortable for everyone.
FAB & FOCUSED – “CRUNCHLESS” CORE CLASS
As seen on “Shape Up with FIT CHICKS – Fab & Focused”, we are ditching the old school mentally of crunching your way to a six pack. Learn amazing moves and techniques to strengthen and tone your trunk – front to back – without ever seeing a sit up. This is a “crunch free” zone!

We are bringing back one of the best pieces of fitness equipment to get you movin’ in the Canadian outdoors…2 feet and a heart beat! Led by Head Chick Laura, wake up your senses with the fresh air and beautiful trails for a killer calorie burn!
