Challenge Day 3

Hey Chicks!!

Having a good day today. I’m still feeling tired and like I am eating a bit too much, but my goal is to be consistent and stop the all-or-nothing eating habit I have.

Here’ what I had today-

brekkie – the usual
post workout shake – the usual
lunch – stir fried chicken, portabellos and red peppers in a lettuce wrap (love the lettuce wrap!)
snack – chicken broth with chopped leeks (I just use the chicken broth in a box – great lo-cal easy way to make a soup!)
dinner – flank steak stir fry with shirataki noodles
dessert – coco-choco-chai latte (made with coconut milk, almond breeze, chai tea, cocoa and stevia)
