Hey Chicks!!
Hope you are all having a fab day! Today was ok for me – although I felt like I ate too much. But I was eating when I was hungry, and stopping when I was satisfied, but not stuffed. I need to get a little better at logging my food as I go, cuz everything I am writing is from memory (and I hope I remembered it all!)
Brekkie – 3 eggs scrambled with coconut oil (if you haven’t figured it out yet, i LOVE eggs!)
Post Workout – Protein shake made with strawberries, spinach, whey protein and coconut water
Lunch – salad topped with grilled scallops and goat cheese and walnuts and balsamic vinegar
Snack – 1/2 avocado, chai tea made with unsweetened almond breeze milk
Dinner – bison burger in a lettuce wrap with green salad and balsamic vinegar and 1/4 avocado
I think that’s it! Oh, I forgot I had a small apple with natural peanut butter too! oops!
Well I am feeling good, not feeling hungry or obsessive. So far, so good.
I’m still really exhausted – for those who don’t know I have 2 1/2 year old twins, and a job and a bf and lots of stress! Hopefully I will be a little more energetic tomorrow and be able to get up a video – or at least some pics of my yummy eats!
