Hey Chicks!!
Instead of toasting St.Patrick’s Day with green beer, try this fabulous green smoothie recipe instead!
2 cups of green kale
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 mango
1 banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt – if you are a vegan you could use some coconut milk, or skip this altogether
a few ice cubes
water (depending on how thick you like your smoothie!)
Blend until smooth and enjoy. Serves 2 – or one if you are really hungry!
