Hey Chicks!

This week I am coming to you from my hometown of Ottawa ON. I have been here all week hanging with my amazing Ottawa Chick Sergeants Laura, Roxanne and Kristy!

I have been getting my sweat on and booty kicked on the daily at their Bootcamp classes. It has also been awesome being able to meet all the peeps who take part in our Ottawa Bootcamp classes.

Tonight is my last class in Kanata for the week but the fun does not stop there!
I’m staying in Ottawa this weekend for the Women’s Show where we will be hanging at our booth showing other chicks in Ottawa what it means to be Livin La Vida FIT CHICK!
