So if you are already active, continue and if you havent been active this is the best time to consider movement for your health and the health of your baby.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Honor your body! Pre and post natal is not a time to \u201cpunish\u201d yourself but instead to really pay attention to your body and what it needs.
