I love steel cut oats, but don&#8217;t always have time to cook them. Last night I soaked some dry steel cut oats, a few chia seeds, cocoa and stevia in some unsweetened almond milk. (My bf did the same but added a bunch of berries. I topped them with a dollop of natural almond butter and voila &#8211; a bowlful of deliciousness for my busy morning! (Bad me had no veggies this morning, but I more than made up for it with a huge green smoothie as a mid-morning snack, aswell as veggies in all my other meals!)<\/p>\n<p>And on another exciting note &#8211; they now sell Greek yogurt in Calgary!
