You can even write this down as rows by month and then 2 columns of personal and professional.\u00a0 Write down the things that happened in this past year\u2026the good, the bad and the ugly.\u00a0 This will be your starting point.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #4d4d4d; letter-spacing: 0.15pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\">2.<span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 7pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #4d4d4d; letter-spacing: 0.15pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\"><strong>If you had set goals for the year before, how did you do against them?\u00a0<\/strong> (Again think both\u00a0personal and professional experience!).\u00a0 Did you meet then or\u00a0did you not?\u00a0 If not why didn&#8217;t you complete these goals?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #4d4d4d; letter-spacing: 0.15pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\">3.<span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 7pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #4d4d4d; letter-spacing: 0.15pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\"><strong>What do you need to improve on?<\/strong>\u00a0 This is a big one without being unkind to yourself but be HONEST!\u00a0 Again break it down to personal and professional areas that you want to improve on from 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #4d4d4d; letter-spacing: 0.15pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\">4.<span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 7pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #4d4d4d; letter-spacing: 0.15pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\"><strong>What was missing from this past year as you look back?<\/strong>\u00a0 (ex. family time, learning and growing in your craft, taking care of your health)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #4d4d4d; letter-spacing: 0.15pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\">5.<span style=\"margin: 0px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 7pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #4d4d4d; letter-spacing: 0.15pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\"><strong>What habits or things did you create or commit to in 2016 that were going really well?<\/strong>\u00a0 Where were you excelling?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #4d4d4d; letter-spacing: 0.15pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\">Now\u00a0we want you to look at all of this and sit with it for at least 1 day.\u00a0 Let it resonate.\u00a0 Feel the happiness, hurts and lessons from the last year and let them go.\u00a0 <strong>Close 2016\u00a0by sending it\u00a0love and kindness<\/strong> (even if it was a terrible year for you)\u00a0as you are ready to start a new chapter. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #4d4d4d; letter-spacing: 0.15pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\"><strong>After 24 hours from the original exercise,\u00a0we want you to write a new page<\/strong> \u2013 again broken down into 2 columns for\u00a0personal and professional- and <strong>write 3-5 milestones you want to hit.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"margin: 0px; color: #4d4d4d; letter-spacing: 0.15pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif; font-size: 13.5pt;\">How to write your milestones?
