This challenge combos cardio, upper body and core work.\u00a0 It is fast and fierce &#8211; just how we like it:)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>FIT CHICKS WEEKEND CHALLENGE<\/h3>\n<p>The challenge is simple. Here is how how you do it:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Watch the videos below of\u00a0 2 of our FIT CHICKS fave exercises in video <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Find a space indoors or out and find your inner fierceness.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0 Complete the following:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 burpees with reg push ups<\/li>\n<li>20 reach thru side planks (10 per side)<\/li>\n<li>10 burpees with lever push ups<\/li>\n<li>20 reach thru side planks (10 per side)<\/li>\n<li>10 burpees with knee in<\/li>\n<li>20 reach thru side planks (10 per side)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.\u00a0 Take 60 sec break and repeat twice. <\/strong>If you need a break during, please take it and sit back in childs pose (but you have to come back to it!).<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Do this each day over the weekend (ie Friday, Sat and Sunday)<\/strong>.
