<strong>All you need is a blender and a little patience<\/strong> to play with the proportions to find the balance that works for you.<\/p>\n<h2>CHICK STYLE &#8220;ICE CREAM&#8221; RECIPES<\/h2>\n<h3>RADICAL RASPBERRY<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Frozen Raspberries<\/li>\n<li>Fresh Orange (cut in half and scoop out the pulp &amp; juice)<\/li>\n<li>1 scoop vanilla protein powder (make sure to check for fake sweeteners and added sugars!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>SASSY STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Frozen strawberries<\/li>\n<li>Cocoa Powder<\/li>\n<li>Almond Milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>CHOCO BANANA PEANUT BUTTER<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Frozen Bananas<\/li>\n<li>All natural Peanut Butter (can also sub any other nut butter)<\/li>\n<li>Chocolate protein powder (make sure to check for fake sweetners or added sugar!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You may need to add a little more liquid as needed or <strong>if you prefer it a little creamier &#8211; add some avocado for a healthy fat<\/strong>.\u00a0 It may change the color a bit but will taste great.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Also, all of the above can be changed into a smoothie by adding more liquid<\/strong> (throw some greens in too for extra nutrition!).\u00a0 Try them out and let me know what you think!<\/p>\n<p>Have a fab day,<\/p>\n<p>Your Head Chick, Laura xo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey Chicks, Happy Wednesday!
