My Definition of a FIT CHICK:

First and foremost, a FIT CHICK is a woman that has a passion for life and wellness, as well as a positive attitude, and true belief in themselves that they can achieve anything.  Fitness is a necessity in life, but it is the drive within the individual that will help them achieve even the most challenging goals.
