I love hitting the weights. The more I see my strength increase as I am able
to lift more and more weight astounds me and makes me feel accomplished. I also love my early morning runs. Seeing the sun come up while out on a run makes me feel like the day ahead will be a walk in the park!
Favorite Moment in Class:
There is a moment in every workout where we start to slow down
or loose momentum. All of sudden as if something just “clicks” we get a burst of energy and that second wind takes way. That instant where we push over a hurdle and do more when we thought we were going to give up!
Favorite Workout Saying:
“Don’t forget to breath”…and…“Feel the burn!!!!!”
My Definition of a FIT CHICK:
I believe that a FIT CHICK is a woman with confidence. She get’s
up in the morning ready to take on the world, and when she needs an escape from her every day activities; home, work, family…she sweats it out! A FIT CHICK is a woman constantly trying to improve – she thrives when given a challenge. Her health is of the utmost importance to her, and she is constantly finding ways to make leading a healthy and happy lifestyle fun!
