Hands down it is High Intensity Interval Training! I have a special place in my heart for tabatas for how fun and effective they are. I love to combine upper and lower body training in all movements to get the best results in the shortest amount of time

When I see my chicks really pushing their limits. This is when the change both mentally and physically really starts to happen.

My Definition of a FIT CHICK:

A fabulous femme who works to feel as good on the inside as she looks on the outside. Health is more than a hot body (but a tight butt never hurt anyone!)
