My Definition of a FIT CHICK:
A chick is that has made the choice to be in control of her life, her health and wellbeing. She has committed to becoming physically, mentally and emotionally stronger through exercise and lifestyle choices. She knows she rocks!! And will succeed as long as she stays committed to her efforts.
