My Definition of a FIT CHICK:

A fit chick is a woman who strives to be the best she can be, whether it is a wife, mother, daughter, professional, sister or friend. She realizes that in order to do this, she must take the time to care for and nurture herself physically, mentally, socially, emotionally and spiritually.  She understands that to live an optimal and balanced life, she must incorporate wellness into her lifestyle, accept who she is, feel good about herself and not feel guilty about doing so.
