I love to exercise my mind, body and spirit by practicing martial arts, cardio kick boxing, dancing, hiking, qi-gong, yoga and reading.

Favorite Moment in Class:

The explosion of high energy felt collectively as a group and the glowing smiles that seal the deal after the last 2 minutes of an intense cardio set.

My Definition of a FIT CHICK:

A FIT CHICK is a beautiful, sassy woman who radiates well-being. She looks for the positive in every situation and uses that as her focus to succeed; a woman addicted to feeling good and the thrill of endorphins that rush through her body after a fierce workout. She thinks clearly, is healthy and strong which reflects in all areas of her life; a woman who is confident, feels great about her self, inspires and motivates others to feel great too. She smiles a lot and loves laughing out loud. A FIT CHICK is glorious and victorious. Woot woot!!
