My yoga practice, it keeps me centered, strong and flexible. I also love boot camp classes to really push my limits and burn off those extra calories!

When my CHICKS are sweating and really pushing themselves but never willing to give up!

Stop saying you can’t because I know you can! I also have a strong tendency to yell out “C’est Bon!”
My Definition of a FIT CHICK:
A strong, independent CHICK who understands balance is key to living a healthy lifestyle. A FIT CHICK also finds activities and foods she loves so that being healthy comes just as easy as being fabulous!
