You follow the reps and do 50 of the first exercise, then 40 of the second etc&#8230;until you get to 10, then you go back up to 50 reps again. It&#8217;s quick and sweaty &#8211; try it once then try to beat your time next time!<\/p>\n<p>This is a pretty intense cardio workout, but you can add weights for more intensity and challenge.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!
