Leg Sweepers w bicep holds<br \/>\n2. Statue of Liberty..hammer style<br \/>\n3. Concentrated Squat &amp; Curls<br \/>\n4.  Side lunge with a booty kick<br \/>\n5. Leg taps with standing side curls<\/p>\n<p><em>* Chicks, don&#8217;t be afraid of heavier weights!\u00a0 The last rep should be a bit of struggle.\u00a0 If not, go a little heavier.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Do each exercise for 1 min each and repeat 2x (total of 2 rounds each side).\u00a0 For a total body workout, add 20 min of cardio following.<\/p>\n<p>Have a fierce day,<\/p>\n<p>FIT CHICKS<\/p>\n<p>PS.
