Hey Chicks,<\/p>\n

What an awesome day!\u00a0 Not only is it gorgeous weather but today we are spreading our FIT CHICKS love all over the country on CBC News with a message that is very close to our hearts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For years we have been plugging away, building a community of amazing, empowered women who ditch the idea of trying to achieve “skinny” but embrace being strong, healthy & fierce.<\/strong> And that message\u00a0is airing today\u00a0all across Canadian TV’s\u00a0(and airports!)\u00a0as we are finally seeing major shifts in the way women view their bodies, capabilities and themselves.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the world of fitness that is filled with images of crop tops,\u00a0calorie counting\u00a0and\u00a0cardio, it can be super hard for women to not to feel intimidated or constantly inadequate.<\/p>\n

With amazing\u00a0female role models celebrating health not size, we\u00a0are changing that.\u00a0\u00a0 Strong is beautiful, muscles are fierce,\u00a0eating clean is cool and\u00a0being HEALTHY\u00a0ROCKS!<\/strong><\/p>\n
