Sorry for you egg nog lovin&#8217; chicks out there, but this is one holiday treat you really need to just forget about!<\/p>\n<p>How bad is it??? One cup of store bought nog (and remember, one cup ain&#8217;t a lot!) has a whopping 350 <img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/eggnog-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"eggnog\" title=\"eggnog\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-469\" \/>calories, 19 grams of fat and 22 grams of sugar! Talk about a triple whammy for sabotaging your fat loss efforts! And that doesn&#8217;t include the shot or two of rum!!! If you make your own the count is probably going to be higher. Forget the lite stuff too, it&#8217;s still loaded with crap plus way more chemicals and artificial sweeteners.<\/p>\n<p>Find a new low cal bevvie to enjoy this holiday season instead, like wine, soda with a splash of fruit juice, low cal hot cocoa, or even a flavoured vodka with soda.
