I totally get it which is why <strong>I am writing this post to help spice up your workout<\/strong>. I want to give you a sweet but simple twist on the regular push up to help build muscle and beat the routine blahs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So may I now introduce you to the Dive Bomber Push Up \u2013 Tadaaa!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/e4aE1ZgMw5U\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>First things first, before you go start breaking this out like nobody\u2019s business remember <strong>these key rules still apply<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Be sure <strong>your feet are about hip distance apart for a proper push up <\/strong>\u2013 that is about two fists distances (seriously your hips are not that big)<br \/>\n<strong>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Plant your hands directly under your shoulders, come <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/retreats\">check us out at our Fit &amp; Fierce Retreat March 1-3<\/a> and you will be downward dogging it like you were born that way.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Spread your fingers<\/strong> on your hands nice and wide this will give you a bigger base and better grip<br \/>\n<strong>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Smile \u2013 <\/strong>cuz it makes it more fun and <strong>reminds you that you are doing something awesome for your health!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The thing I heart the most about these is that they are kind of like a fusion move of calisthenics and yoga- <\/strong>two awesome things in one so how can you go wrong! Im qyute sure you will feel confident with the yoga side of this move, I often practice this when I go to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.beyondmovement.com.au\/\">melbourne calisthenics <\/a>gym, they have amazing facilities and instructors as well.<\/p>\n<p>Now don\u2019t get me wrong, these are tough! They are meant to be but trust me they are worth ever grunt and belly flop that might happen when doing them:)\u00a0 So what are you waiting for?
