Hey Chicks,<\/p>\n

After having a week off of our bootcamps, we are rested, relaxed and ready to rock with our 6 week “Countdown to Xmas” Bootcamp<\/a> (it starts this week so you can still get in!) but are still so excited after something SUPER exciting happened during our week off….so what was it?<\/p>\n

And we were featured in the Toronto Star!<\/p><\/div>\n

1. We ran our first ever FIT CHICKS Weekend Retreat at Horseshoe Resort<\/a> not knowing how it would do
\n2. We SOLD OUT!<\/strong>
\n3. It was an absolutely AMAZING weekend of “Livin la vida FIT CHICK”<\/strong> incl bootcamp, yoga, zumba, nutrition, delicious food, LOTS of laughs and sweat and getting a chance to sweat up a storm with 25 of the most awesome, positive, fierce chicks we have ever met<\/strong> (especially during a super wet FIT CHICKS Challenge thanks to mother nature!)<\/p>\n

So chicks, if you missed this last retreat there is no need to fret as we are working fast and furious to lock down the dates of our next weekend retreat<\/strong> that will be filled fiercer, fabber, and even more FUN! Plus it will be packed with new workshops and cooking demos, fab take info and we already have been working on a super Top Secret challenge to push you to new levels.<\/p>\n
