{"id":4217,"date":"2012-09-12T17:08:46","date_gmt":"2012-09-13T01:08:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/?p=4217"},"modified":"2012-09-12T17:08:46","modified_gmt":"2012-09-13T01:08:46","slug":"wellness-wednesday-our-tv-series-is-now-airing-yipeee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/2012\/09\/wellness-wednesday-our-tv-series-is-now-airing-yipeee\/","title":{"rendered":"WELLNESS WEDNESDAY :  Our TV Series is now airing..yipeee!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hey Chicks,<\/p>\n<p>Just a quick post today as it is a CRAZY week!\u00a0 Why you may ask&#8230;.well, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rogerstv.com\/page.aspx?rid=2&amp;lid=12&amp;sid=4976\">our TV Series `Shape Up with FIT CHICKS`began airing on Rogers TV<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/418hlE_00hg\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>We are sooooo super excited as <strong>not only can our Toronto chicks now sweat up a storm with us almost everday in their living room but other stations are feeling the healthy love too! <\/strong> We will also be on Rogers TV Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, King, Stouffville, Durham Region (Ajax, Oshawa and Whitby), Etobicoke and Scarborough.\u00a0 Plus we are working on seeing if we can get out to our Ottawa chicks too:)<\/p>\n<p><strong>This week`s episode is led by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rogerstv.com\/page.aspx?rid=2&amp;lid=12&amp;sid=4976&amp;hid=2262\">Head Chick Laura<\/a> and called `Shape Up with FIT CHICKS`Bootcamp &#8211; Back to Basics<\/strong> to introduce you to the sweet world of bootcamp!  But this is not  everyday bootcamp \u2013  we are taking your core bootcamp moves and turning  them into a fierce Fab high intensity interval workout that is going  have your body still burning calories long after we are done.  It  combines<strong> 2 min of cardio intervals to get your heart pumping and 2 min  of strength intervals for recovery<\/strong>.
