Eating fruits and veggies doesn&#8217;t guarantee that you won&#8217;t get sick, but eating lots of nutrient packed food is always good for the body. As i have posted before, i am a HUGE fan of green smoothies and try to drink a litre or two of green smoothie a day to ensure that i am getting in as many fruits and veggies (and especially greens!) as possible.<\/p>\n<p>I really encourage you to make these part of your lifestyle, so I am going to start sharing with you a lot more of my fave green smoothie recipes (most of which i just throw together!)<\/p>\n<p>This choco-coco-banana smoothie is a fave of mine, but it&#8217;s pretty rich and chocolatey, so it&#8217;s more of a treat than my day to day go-to smoothie. But try it, my chicklets love this one!<\/p>\n<p>2 frozen banana (you can use regular bananas, but it just won&#8217;t be as thick and shake-like)<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp coconut oil<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp cacao powder<\/p>\n<p>water of one thai young coconut<\/p>\n<p>a few handfuls of baby spinach<\/p>\n<p>agave nectar to taste<\/p>\n<p>blend together until smooth &#8211; you can add a little water to get the desired thickness. Drink through a straw and pretend you are enjoying a decadent chocolate shake!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>hey Chicks!
