These keep your muscles long, lean machines and safe from aches and pains <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>BUT<\/strong><\/span> I also know that a lot of you chicks do not like stretching lol.<\/p>\n<p>So today <strong>I am going to give you three alternatives that you can try that are safe, all natural products proven to help you stay &#8220;loose as a goose&#8221;<\/strong> and get your muscles on the mend.<\/p>\n<h2>3 great all natural remedies for sore achy pains are:<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cherry Juice<\/h3>\n<p>New studies suggest that this anti-oxidant rich bevy can help reduce soreness and speed up muscle recovery after strength training.
