Try this competition!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hey Chicks!<\/p>\n<p>If you are into competitions or maybe just like a new challenge give this <strong>Partner Abdominal Move<\/strong> a try \u2013 guaranteed to get your core burning and spike that competitive edge!<\/p>\n<h2>Partner V-Sit with a \u201cTwist\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>This move will engage your transverse abdominals as well as oblique\u2019s in a big way!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3221\" style=\"width: 269px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/V-sit.jpg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3221\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3221\" title=\"V sit\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fitchicks.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/V-sit.jpg\" alt=\"Ab Exercise\" width=\"259\" height=\"195\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-3221\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Competitive Abs - that&#39;s what I&#39;m talking about!<\/p><\/div>\n<h3>How To do a partner v-sit to strengthen your core muscles:<\/h3>\n<p>Sit side by side with a partner or even a wall if you are flying solo that day!<\/p>\n<p>Keep your knees and feet together<\/p>\n<p>Raise your legs (bent at 90 degrees) so your toes are in line with your nose \u2013 now you are in the V-sit portion<\/p>\n<p>To raise the stakes a little take your outside hand and press palm to palm or palm to wall and push with all of your might.
